Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reception
- Patient admissions and discharges
- Processing of patient admission forms
- Booking patients into our PMS
- Estimates
- General office administration

Crest Hospital is based in Palmerston North.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Receptionist -Administrator.
This is a full-time position (Monday- Friday) with Public Holidays off as well as a planned hospital closure over the Christmas – New Year break.

- Exceptional telephone manner
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Accuracy in data input with attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to problem solve
- A team player who can work alongside and provide support to other team members
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Previous experience and knowledge of webPAS is an advantage
