Daniel is delighted to have returned home to Palmerston North after completing a General Urological Fellowship with a special interest in Laparoscopy and Prosthetics in Sydney, Australia.

He graduated from Otago University in 2002 then commenced training in General Surgery followed by Urology.

He has had broad training and enjoys all aspects of Urology especially minimally invasive surgery, urological malignancies, stone disease, and functional urology.

Daniel’s practice encompasses almost all aspects of Urology including: Cystoscopy, TRUS prostate biopsy, Prostate surgery for both benign and malignant conditions, Bladder surgery for benign and malignant conditions, Endoscopic and open surgery for kidney, ureteric, and bladder stones, Stricture disease, Laparoscopic and open kidney surgery for malignant and functional disorders, Urological prosthetic surgery, Incontinence surgery, Urodynamics, Vasectomy and reversal.

Daniel is a full member of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ) and the American Urological Association (AUA). He is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Palmerston North Hospital and is the Urology Training Supervisor.
