Dr Ken Clark
Chief Medical Officer
t (06) 359 2567
I have worked and lived in Palmerston North since 1989. I undertake specialist gynaecological clinical work with particular interests in the management of menstrual problems, uterovaginal prolapse, gynaecological endocrinology and vulval disease.
In addition to my private clinical work, I am employed by the MidCentral DHB where I hold the position of Chief Medical Officer. I participate in high-level management, and strategic direction setting for the Health Board and also have substantial involvement in service development across the lower North Island.
A former president of the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, I graduated from Otago University in 1981. I hold an Honorary Fellowship from the British College for services to women's health.
